Adam Lawrence is a commercial real estate broker specializing in the marketing and sale of investment and development properties throughout suburban Metro Vancouver. Since 2017, Adam and has undertaken over $1 billion dollars in commercial real estate transactions, many of them large scale and complex.

 

Adam has built relationships with many of the region’s largest developers, investors and landowners and prides himself on providing timely and accurate information to his clients. Staying ahead of trends in land use and development policy, Adam is always at the leading edge of uncovering new opportunities for buyers and sellers of quality real estate.

In his spare time, Adam enjoys skiing, golfing and spending time outdoors. Adam is also a fan and supporter of UBC Thunderbirds Football Program.
