Townhouses on Burke Mountain continue to see strong demand from consumers despite the broader slowdown in the residential market. 


At Polygon's recent launch of their Ridgewood project 30 out of 101 units sold at an average price of $690 /SF or $1,270,290 per unit. See sales data from Real Property Data below:
