PCI brings proposal for Port Moody's two largest towers to Public Hearing

More details about the transformation of Moody Centre are coming to light as PCI Developments is set to bring their proposal to build Port Moody’s two tallest towers to Public Hearing on April 1. 


The proposal contemplates 865 new rental apartments to be built next to Moody Centre Station, with 44 of the units in the project to be rented at below market rates. 


Other amenities for the project include:


🏪 41,398 square-feet of grocery anchored commercial space 



🎨 More than 4,000 square feet of new studio space for creators in “The City of the Arts”



🚝 A new 25,000 square-foot public plaza at the entrance to the SkyTrain station



🚶‍♀️A new pedestrian bridge over the railroad track to Murray Street, across from Rocky Point Park
